Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The owners and operators of the website are not the "producers" of any actual or simulated sexually explicit material appearing on it. With respect to such, the operators limit their actions to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content furnished by third-party users. All parts of the website that present user-provided content are under the control of the applicable user. The operators are thereby exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as specified in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content on the website that, as decided solely by the operator, is found to be illegal, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or which in any manner goes against the website's terms of use or other policies may be deleted.
